About
Hi, I’m Campbell (he/him)—a producer, production coordinator, and project manager who brings calm structure to moving parts. I work across Film/TV & Brand Work and live events, and my favorite project is always the one right in front of me. My approach is simple: set shared goals, map realistic timelines, align the right people, and keep communication steady so the day feels predictable and the work lands.
I grew up in Concord, Massachusetts, where history is part of the backdrop and good stories are taken seriously. That perspective shaped how I work: respect the craft, respect the people, and be clear. I ask the right questions early, translate between creative and technical teams, and turn ambiguity into next steps you can actually see on a page. I learn new tech and processes quickly and effectively, then document what works so crews can reuse it.
Day to day, I’m the steady voice in busy rooms. I like quick preflight calls, tidy day plans, and notes that make decisions visible. I surface risks early, protect buffers around high-stakes moments, and keep stakeholders aligned without noise. Whether we’re building a studio/podcast setup, running a show, shooting a brand piece, or coordinating a virtual/LED workflow, I focus on predictable schedules, fewer last-minute scrambles, and clean handoffs—from first call to final asset.
I believe good process should feel human. That means honest status updates, respectful timelines, and small rituals that keep teams grounded—coffee made right, five-minute checks before we roll, and a wrap that actually wraps. I like turning complex efforts into something repeatable: playbooks, checklists, and simple diagrams that make the next round easier for everyone.
Outside of work, I recharge with adventure travel—most often hiking, skiing and road biking. The trail mindset maps well to production: prepare well, read the terrain, adjust when conditions change, and enjoy the view when you earn it. Those miles keep me curious, present, and ready for the next project.
